Here's a very simple, quick to put together note card that you can make in under ten minutes. I stamped some polka dots on the Bazzill silk flower to match the CTMH DP, added a felt flower and a brad. The top portion of the background is embossed with the Cuttlebug polka dot folder and the corners punched with SU! ticket punch. I love quick cards!
